The 21-year-old, a product of the Tahuichi Soccer Academy in Bolivia, has never played for a professional club.In an interview with Bolivian outlet Red Uno, the winger and his agent claim a one-year loan deal with an option to buy has already been agreed with Spurs – who have not confirmed the news. The supposed transfer has become a big story in the Bolivian media after the player and his agent ‘confirmed’ the move on a local TV show at the end of last week. And their most recent interview even features a clip of Torres signing a piece of paper with the Tottenham badge on it – described as a ‘pre-contract’ by the winger’s agent.“We put together a folder that specifies his technical, tactical, physical and psychological skills, which we presented to sport entrepreneurs,” said Gonzalo Anciar.
