Chelsea have emerged as the new favourites to sign United States wonderkid Christian Pulisic, with a transfer to Stamford Bridge ‘confirmed’ by a former US international on social media.The Sun claim a 45million fee has been agreed between Chelsea and Pulisic’s current club Borussia Dortmund for the 20-year-old, who will move to London in the summer.The Blues have reportedly beaten off rival interest to agree a deal for Pulisic, with Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United all known to have been tracking him for a long time.
