Gonzalo Higuain took out Milan manager Gennaro Gattuso with a training ground challenge just days after the Argentina forward revealed his desire to leave San Siro this month.Higuain is currently on loan at the Rossoneri from their Serie A rivals Juventus, but he has told Gattuso he wants to cut short his temporary stay amid interest from Chelsea.The Blues hope to sign Higuain this month to solve their striker problems, with Maurizio Sarri, the Chelsea manager, working well with Higuain while the pair were at Napoli together.
